Attachment & relational therapy
Past relationships can shape how you navigate the world today. A reliable, emotionally engaged therapeutic relationship gives us a place to explore old wounds and practice new ways of connecting.
About Amy
Amy Leigh Green, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California, Oregon, and Washington.

My greatest joy and inspiration come from my family. Music and nature offer grounding and creative renewal, keeping me centered in both my personal and professional life.
A lifelong commitment to personal growth shapes how I show up as a person and practitioner. I bring empathy, warmth, and openness to the therapeutic relationship so you can feel seen, valued, and supported.
My clinical background spans more than two decades, with a focus on life transitions, relationships, trauma recovery, grief, emotional regulation, and reclaiming autonomy and self-worth.
My philosophy
Therapy is a real, human partnership. Your voice, experience, and goals matter. I combine a collaborative relationship with clinical responsibility, clear structure, and healthy professional boundaries.
Past relationships can shape how you navigate the world today. A reliable, emotionally engaged therapeutic relationship gives us a place to explore old wounds and practice new ways of connecting.
Growth happens in connection. We use empathy, authenticity, and attention to the relationships and contexts that influence your well-being.
We make room for your individuality, values, choices, and questions about meaning. I show up as a real person while maintaining the professional boundaries that support your care.
A steady, transparent relationship can offer opportunities to explore trust, boundaries, and emotional safety in real time.
We approach your experiences with curiosity and compassion, making room for needs and responses that may have been misunderstood.
Together we practice noticing and responding to intense feelings, building strategies you can use outside the session.
Neurodivergent individuals, including those who self-identify, are welcome. I adapt care to your communication style, strengths, sensory needs, and processing pace.
Availability and clinical fit are discussed before beginning care.
