It's important to me that you have an idea of who I am as a human being first... then as a therapist. I am 45 years young. I have a 23-year-old daughter, who is by far one of my favorite people. I also have a 13-year-old son who is a gift as he keeps me active and young at heart. I love the arts and find nature to be the most beautiful canvas of all. I am strong willed and can be stubborn. I am also caring, giving and passionate about life. I am a lifelong learner, and I am always discovering how I can be a better human being.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with extensive experience, spanning over nearly 20 years, I specialize in supporting adults who are facing challenges related to trauma, narcissistic abuse, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, attachment issues, codependency, and difficulties with self-esteem and low self-worth.
My approach is tailored to create a safe, nurturing environment where healing and growth can flourish.
